We built qq998 for one reason: to give Indonesian players a gaming platform they can genuinely trust — fast, fair, and built around real people.
From a focused idea to Indonesia's most trusted gaming community
qq998 was founded with a straightforward observation: Indonesian players deserved better. Better odds, faster payouts, clearer terms, and support from agents who actually understood local context — from the rhythms of BRI Liga 1 to the preferred payment rails of BCA and Mandiri. Most international platforms treated Indonesia as an afterthought. We built qq998 to fix that.
From day one, our engineering team prioritized the experience of a player in Jakarta or Surabaya opening the platform on a mid-range Android device over a congested mobile network. Page load times, deposit confirmation speeds, and withdrawal processing were all benchmarked against the realities of the Indonesian digital infrastructure — not Silicon Valley fiber connections. That obsession with real-world performance continues to shape every decision we make.
Over time, qq998 grew organically through word of mouth. Players in Bandung, Medan, Yogyakarta, Makassar, and Bali discovered that when qq998 said "withdrawals processed within two hours," it meant it. Bonuses were credited as described. Support agents answered in plain, natural Indonesian — not stiff machine translations. Trust compounds slowly and quietly, and we are proud of the community that has grown around it.
Today, qq998 serves over 500,000 registered members across the archipelago. Our game library covers every format serious players care about — from live football betting on the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia's Piala AFF campaigns, to premium slot titles, live casino tables, and the daily draws that keep togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) enthusiasts engaged. Whatever you play, qq998 is built to support it.
Responsible gaming is woven into our structure, not bolted on as an afterthought. Deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, session-time alerts, and 24/7 access to support agents trained in responsible gambling counseling are available to every member at no additional friction. We believe a platform that genuinely cares about its players is also the platform players return to.
Looking ahead, qq998 remains committed to continuous improvement — tighter security, broader payment options, richer sports coverage, and more transparent communication with our community. We are not the loudest brand in the market; we are focused on being the most reliable one.
"We measure our success by one metric above all others: whether a player in Surabaya or Medan feels the same confidence using qq998 as a high-roller in Macau feels walking into a five-star casino. That standard drives everything we build."— qq998 Founding Team
The principles that guide every product decision, every support interaction, and every policy we write
To provide Indonesian players with a transparent, fast, and genuinely fair online gaming environment — one where the platform works as hard for the player as the player works to enjoy it.
Bonus terms, RTP figures, withdrawal timelines, and fee structures are published clearly and updated in real time. No small-print surprises. If something changes, we tell you before it happens.
Deposits confirmed in seconds, withdrawals processed within two hours during operating hours, live-betting odds refreshed in real time. We treat latency as a product defect, not an acceptable trade-off.
qq998 is built around the Indonesian gaming community. From BRI Liga 1 odds to local bank support for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, every feature reflects how Indonesian players actually play.
Deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion, and reality-check notifications are standard features for all members — not premium add-ons. We believe sustainable entertainment is good business.
256-bit SSL encryption, multi-factor authentication, certified RNG game engines, and around-the-clock fraud monitoring keep every account and every transaction protected at all times.
